In healthy people, the secretion of gastric juice increased by 30-37% compared with the control value after 45-60 minutes of oral administration of 5g of roasted chicken internal gold powder, and returned to normal within 2 hours. The acidity of gastric juice was also significantly increased. The free acid or total acidity generally started to rise after 1 hour of taking the drug and reached the highest value in 1-2 hours, and then gradually decreased and returned to normal after 3 hours. The maximum value of free acid was 0.19-0.24%, which was 32-113% higher than the control value; the maximum value of total acidity was 0.2-0.32%, which was 25-75% higher than the normal value.
